About the Team/Position
Walmart, the largest and most influential company in the world, is seeking a highly innovative Sr. Director of Talent Attraction. This leader will be responsible for driving Walmart’s employer brand, associate value proposition (AVP), and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent worldwide. Additionally, the role will oversee Walmart’s sourcing function, ensuring effective top-of-funnel activities to meet business needs. The Sr. Director will be a masterful storyteller, skilled at collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Communications teams to amplify Walmart's employer brand across all channels. This role will report directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and be responsible across the full enterprise to include Walmart US, Sam’s Club, Global Tech & Corporate Finance, and International.

What you’ll do…
Employer Brand and Value Proposition
- Employer Brand Strategy: Drive the development and global consistency of Walmart's employer brand, integrating it across all platforms and evolving it based on feedback and trends to maintain its appeal as an employer of choice.
- Associate Value Proposition (AVP): Create and communicate a compelling, inclusive associate value proposition tailored for different audiences, ensuring consistency throughout the employee lifecycle and measuring its effectiveness through feedback and research.
Recruitment Marketing and Content
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging various digital and event-based channels, to elevate Walmart's employer visibility and attract top talent through engaging, aligned content and targeted campaigns.
- Storytelling and Content Creation: Serve as Walmart’s chief storyteller, crafting and amplifying engaging narratives that highlight the company's purpose, mission, and unique value as an employer across various platforms to attract diverse talent.
Career Site and Online Presence
- Career Site Ownership: Manage and optimize Walmart's career sites (including Sam’s Club) to ensure they are engaging and user-friendly, reflecting the employer brand and AVP through dynamic content, while continuously improving based on analytics and feedback.
Sourcing and Top-of-Funnel Activities
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead Walmart’s strategic sourcing to proactively identify and attract top talent for high-demand roles, focusing on long-term needs through advanced tools and techniques.
- Top-of-Funnel Activities: Oversee and optimize top-of-funnel recruitment activities to attract diverse, high-quality candidates, aligning with hiring goals and workforce planning through strategic engagement and continuous performance monitoring.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Data-Driven Strategy and Performance Tracking: Develop and utilize KPIs and analytics to drive data-driven recruitment strategies, optimizing employer brand initiatives and sourcing efforts to attract high-quality candidates and enhance pipeline effectiveness.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
