Base pay range
$37,000.00/yr - $41,000.00/yr
Dynamic Systems, Inc. is a national turnkey mechanical and process construction form that offers preconstruction and construction services while specializing in the installation, service and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and process systems. Clients include major firms in biopharmaceutical, semiconductor firms, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors. DSI has regional offices in Atlanta, Austin (Headquarters), Boston, Buda (Fabrication and Administration), College Station, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, Poughkeepsie, and San Antonio.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
- At least 3+ plus years of previous experience in office administration
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Regular attendance is Monday-Friday

The description of the position encompasses but is not limited to the following:
- Document Management
- Manage all safety paperwork, filing and compiling for monthly report
- Supplies
- Order and maintain stock of Office supplies
- Includes copy paper, toner, etc.
- Order and stock Restroom supplies
- Manage Project Badging
- Upload and track all documents needed for project badging for crew
- Sort and distribute mail that comes to the jobsite
- Assorted office duties
- Greet visitors, ask them to sign in and offer them something to drink.
- Refill paper/toner in copiers.
- Make copies or print drawings as requested.
- Other duties as required:
- Assist Project Managers
- Assist Superintendents
